A tiger lily, the true tiger lily in my garden.
We had some rain today, but it was only enough to wet the top of the ground, and it filled the rain barrels again. It rained hard enough for a few minutes, long enough to make me head for the truck to grab my rain coat. I sent the girls on a couple of weeding jobs and J and I went to another job to level some patio stones.
Tomorrow morning I am off for a weekend adventure. I will be traveling some roads in one of the few areas of Nova Scotia that I have never been to.
