The Lowry

It was one of those days where you end up breaking yourself. My lovely wife was at a day conference in Manchester yesterday so I tagged along for the ride. I left her at Salford uni and then somehow managed to walk 12 miles or so around Manchester before I met her later. I took in a good chunk of Salford as well as the City centre, great fun.

My enjoyment of Manchester grows the more I spend time there, I particularly like the fact that even in the centre there are many streets running parallel to the main pedestrian routes that have no-one on them at all. I feel a long term project coming on.
