Pork Chop

Pork chop with mustard sauce, kale, and air fried fries. Wine: Domaine de la Janasse Châteauneuf-du-Papes Vieilles Vignes 1998.

This wine is from the first wine auction we participated in and is the second bottle we've enjoyed. We have one more to look forward to. It is incredible stuff.
