A Little Bedraggled

It may not look like it, but this young blackbird was enjoying a splash in the bird bath, despite its rather sad looking pose.

Thank you very much for the many kind and encouraging words after I posted yesterday about my eye op. I'm taking things easy (which I find a challenge). It was back to my local eye surgeon this morning to check how things are going. So far, so good, he thinks. Lots of checks ahead, some painkillers and lots of eye drops. I've made an eye drops chart to keep track of the 13 sets to go in each day.
