Caffè Mocha. Lumix M4/3 20mm

Editor and I allow ourselves a little indulgence at the weekend.  For some years this has just meant adding warm milk to the hand-ground plunger coffee.  Here's a glimpse from a past Blip of what goes into this ritual...  The new part is making Caffè Mocha.  I picked up some good, unsweetened cocoa powder.  This is dissolved in warm milk, and honey added for a little sweet.  The coffee is brewed the night before and put in the fridge.  Then, in the morning, the coffee is blended with ice and the cocoa mix.  It's still a work in progress - proportions need to be refined - but the first baby steps are promising.
