City in the Sidewalk

Yes I know that "sidewalk" is an American term but it was what came to mind when The Boss spotted this on our "outing" today after a lot of rain.so on "creative" grounds he used it. You can do almost anything for "creative" reasons he says.....The Bossess is currently in the South....Right?
We have a "Butlers" Coffee joint here in Wellington that have great quiches and that's tonight's meal.
Do you have "Butler's" Cafes? in the UK?  It's an Irish chocolate company that gives a free chocolate away with coffees.
