Distant bridges

First walk to get a newspaper and forage at the farmers' market. Casello & Pollegato, bakers from Perth, had a stall. Their cheese sourdough bread  is good stuff.

Afternoon walk to Braid Hills. No 11 bus, through to the Wee Braids golf club house, back to Braid Hills road and down by the Dene to the burn. Tea at the Lodge and a no 11 back. Found a few late wild raspberries; the brambles need more rain if there's going to be a crop. Great views all around. The extra of the Castle, the town, and Arthur's Seat was taken from the trig point.
