Farewell Cake

This was my Australian themed cake for Jack and his partner Kirstie. They leave for Australia for at least 2 years on Wednesday. Jack is my eldest stepson and he will be a geologist in a mine in Western Australia. They will be based in Perth . Kirstie has a job in eco technology to start on the same day as Jack .
We will miss them although they have been travelling a lot this year in Thailand and South America.
