Flower Friday: Chili

I am a bit of a chili addict.  I have 15 plants in my garden.  This one was until recently only labelled C, but now I have found my notebook and know its full name: Bhut Jolokia Red.  When checking Wikipedia, I can see it’s also called Ghost Pepper and that it held the top position in Guinness World Records as the hottest chili pepper in 2007.  It has a Scoville rating close to 1.000.000. I really don’t know why I bought these seeds last year.  The Scoville rating wasn't printed on the envelope. We like chilis, but we prefer them to be non-lethal.
