Variety

Today's walk was a glorious day but not a long one as usual back not good. Large White butterfly, Large Tortoiseshell butterfly, Chaffinch, House Sparrow, and young Tit not sure which one.

I am now back on my dihydrocodiene not what I wanted but will see if it helps but not good.
