Hooping!

Since getting my new weighted hula hoop I have added that to my 30 squat challenge. Today is Day 11..... 110 squats and 15mins hooping......determined to complete the 30 days but its gonna be tough? Tomorrow is my day of rest and then Monday is 130 squats......ouch!!!

Granny took this shot for me while showing her how to do it! She didn't offer to have a go thankfully! Lol
