Family Outing

Our neighborhood flock of White Ibis strolling across a street. In the *Extras...Yesterday afternoon I spotted two Northern Parula warblers busily hunting for insects in the bottlebrush tree. Parulas spend their winters in South Florida. North Central Florida is at the southern boundary of their breeding range which stretches into southeastern Canada. They aren't easy to spot so seeing these two was indeed a treat. I didn't feature them as my main blip because I only post a photo I took that day as my main offering. (such a 'purist' I am! hahaha)
