A Yorkshire Hero

Sorry Nottingham, but Robin Hood was probably a Yorkshireman.
He was born in Yorkshire (Nr. Sheffield), he died in Yorkshire (Nr. Brighouse) and operated in the medieval forest south of Sheffield.
And, if that's not enough - at the Centre of the Universe (aka Hebden Bridge) there are, not one, but TWO pubs named after him.  :-)
