"I don't care"

Because of the water shortage, there are new rules concerning the use of water in my town..
It is recommended to water the gardens in the late hours of the day and it is suggested  not to fill the swimming pools, wash the cars or clean the streets.
Perhaps in a couple of weeks, if it does not rain, these suggestions will be enforced and this woman may be fined.
