Caption competition!

I’m at the beach as the sun goes down and along comes an amusing vignette watching a man walk out along the groyne to the marker. He’s probably only checking where he’s putting his feet but it looked like a beautifully lit comedy moment from a silent film. What’s going on with him? What do you think?
