Mitch & his fans

We heard this morning that Mitch would be going into prison this afternoon...so cue a flurry of activity and a strange day. We'll miss him, though we'll also enjoy having a bedroom again!
I've felt really rough today, and poor Nate has a high temperature too. When will we feel human again?!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) This past almost year with Mitch. He's brought a lot of joy. This time last year we didn't know we were on the verge of having another family member, but that's how he feels to us now.
2) Asha walking home from her friends on her own - first time. 
3) Danny finishing this part of the journey well with Mitch. He took him in and stayed whilst he was processed. I feel proud that Danny's done all he could to be a good friend to Mitch.
