A sign, unheeded

As you pass through the fug of smoke (and, on occasion, the stench of weed) you can't help thinking these NO SMOKING signs are a joke. 

Back at the hospital, but just for an out-patient appointment. 

This was the day we found out there was no possibility of revascularization. On the one hand, this meant I learnt an impressive new word. On the other, it reduced my treatment options to one.
