Pesky fly!

Plagued by hordes of these pesky flies today, though you have to admire their iridescent colours. In extras, hairiness in detail, too scary to use as main pic!

Crazy busy day, two visits from hospice carers, visit from hospice physio and student, visit from district nurse, a dozen medical phone calls, on top of keeping the house, Toff (who’s on hunger strike again), and patient No1 up and running. Beyond exhausted. Hoping to make it out of the house briefly tomorrow with a visitor from the east...
