Crescent Moon

When I left my sister’s house this evening, another thunderstorm was approaching, and I could see lightning in the distance as I walked to my car. The moon suddenly appeared through a small gap in the clouds, so I quickly captured this handheld image of the waxing crescent phase with 40% illumination before it disappeared again.
