The game

So today started with Parkrun... and 7 mins slower.. Expected to be with my return regime.
Then on to the  game from someone who knows nothing about leagues in football!
Derby V Charlton.
3 course lunch and wine, amazing seats amd actually I was carried away with the atmosphere!!
Charlton won, I.loved watching whoke psychology behind football... 
Exhasuted now.. A lovely different day..
