165 day of war

Good afternoon, friends.
Almost half a year of the war is over, and what will happen next is still unknown.
25% of the country's population has already left it. Everyone who remains is trying to survive in difficult conditions, so now there is no hope of restoring normal trade and the possibility of earning something. I see how my acquaintances and ordinary people who came from the occupied regions live now, and it is terrible. People were simply evicted from their homes, their lives were destroyed, and the amount of support from the state is so small that it is difficult to live on it even for a week. Over the past month, store prices have risen by 30%, as has the dollar. This rate of inflation is frightening, because most goods are now imported and such price increases have a strong impact on life.
I tried to find a new apartment to pay less rent, but it turned out that what I rent is not expensive. Housing prices have also risen significantly recently.
In fact, we now live on the preservation of the wife, which she had left after the death of her relatives. It is felt that with every month of the war the general situation worsens and there are no options to change anything.
Housing will probably be the main problem of many people. About 6 million people were left without their homes, how long it will take to build new housing and whether there will be compensation from the state is not yet clear. They promise to give new housing or compensation, but so far there are no deadlines and opportunities.

About Mariupol

In the city, iron cages are currently being built in the building of the Philharmonic Hall, where a show trial will be held over our captured soldiers. The Russians continue to kill prisoners of war, thereby putting pressure on our entire society and trying to intimidate everyone in this way.
Violation of all international and human norms does not surprise anyone anymore. It seems that they liked the mass killing of our soldiers in Olenivka, and unfortunately such situations may happen again.

In the photo you can see the usual daily activity of Mariupol residents - queuing for water. For almost half a year, people have not had access to water and have been forced to stand in queues for hours.
The situation is a little better with technical water. The occupiers are trying to restore the water supply, but most of the pipes are broken and many streets are turned into rivers from which people collect water.
How and why people still remain there is unclear, because there is actually no more life there. None of the promises to rebuild the city and communications were fulfilled. Now there will be only temporary housing for the military and fortifications.

Now there is another nuclear blackmail by the Russian Federation. A large amount of equipment and explosives were brought to the NPP in Energodar and shelling of the surrounding towns is carried out from there. Currently, as a result of communications damage, one power unit has been disconnected. As I understand it, they will try to completely stop the operation of the nuclear power plant so that the entire south of the country remains without electricity.
Information on what to do in the event of a nuclear threat began to be disseminated throughout Ukraine, and all this news is cause for concern. It is very interesting to find out what will happen to the country in a few years, but the main thing now is to live until that time.

Майже пів року війни позаду, а що буде далі все ще невідомо.
25% населення країни вже покинули її. Всі хто залишився намагається виживати у складних умовах, тому зараз немає надій на відновлення нормальної торгівлі та можливості щось заробляти. Я бачу як живуть зараз мої знайомі та прості люди, що приїхали з окупованих регіонів і це жахливо. Людей просто виженули зі своїх домівок, зруйнували життя, а розмір підтримки від держави настільки малий, що на нього важко прожити навіть тиждень. За останній місяць ціни у магазинах зросли на 30%, як і курс доллара. Така швидкість інфляції лякає, бо більшість товарів зараз імпортні та такі подорожчання сильно впливають на життя.
Я намагався знайти нову квартиру, щоб менше сплачувати арендної плати, але виявилось що те що я знімаю це ще не дорого. Ціни на житло за останній час також значно піднялися.
Фактично ми зараз живемо на збереження дружини, що в неї залишились після смерті родичів. Відчувається що з кожним місяцем війни загальна ситуація погіршується та немає жодних варіантів щось змінити.



Про Маріуполь

У місті зараз будують залізні клітки у будівлі філармонії, там будуть проводити показовий суд над нашими військовими у полоні. Росіяни продовжують вбивати військовополонених, чим спричиняють тиск на все наше суспільство та намагаються таким чином залякати всіх.
Вже нікого не дивує порушення всіх міжнародних та людських норм. Схоже що їм сподобалось массове вбивство наших військових у Оленівці і такі ситуації нажаль можуть повторитися.

На фото можна побачити звичайне щоденне заняття маріупольців - черга за водою. Вже майже пів року люди не мають доступу до води та вимушені годинами стояти у чергах.
З технічною водою трішки краще ситуація. Окупанти намагаються відновити водопосточання, але більшість труб розбиті та багато вулиць перетворюються у річки, з яких люди набирають воду.
Як і навіщо там все ще залишаються люди - незрозуміло, бо життя фактично там більше немає. Жодні з обіцянок по відбудові міста та коммунікацій виконані не були. Зараз там будуть тільки тимчасове житло для військових та фортифікаційні споруди.

Зараз відбувається черговий ядерний шантаж з боку рф. На АЕС у Енергодарі завезли велику кількість техніки та вибухівку та звідти здійснюють обстріли навколишніх міст. На зараз у результаті пошкодження комунікацій відключили один енергоблок. Як я розумію, вони спробують повністю зупинити роботу АЕС щоб весь південь країни залишився без електроенергії.
По всій Україні почали розповсюджувати інформацію що робити у разі ядерної загрози і всі ці новини викликають занепокоєння. Дуже цікаво дізнатися що буде з країною за декілька років, але головне зараз це дожити до того часу.
