Frederik Carl Eide

We went for a training session followed by a walk in the woods.

We have walked in these woods many many times, so I was surprised when we came across this memorial stone, which we have never seen before. It is in memory of Frederik Carl Eide, who was a forester for 50 years back in the 1830s (according to the stone, he died in 1882).

I came home and did some Kennel Club work and now it is time to watch the Dressage World Championship, which is held in Denmark this week.

(Edit at 8.30 PM: Denmark won the World Championship!!!!!!
Silver to Great Britain and Bronze to Germany)

See you tomorrow
