A Big Day

14 days after putting our house on the market we accepted an offer today.
Delighted.
The young family who are buying it seem like really nice people and they fell in love with the place the first time they viewed - they viewed twice.
On Friday we reserved our new house which is going to be a couple of miles out of town, a little village called Clifton.
Spent a lot of time today putting signatures to papers - which was fun.....NOT.

I haven't felt too well this week and today it peaked - I had to climb into to bed mid afternoon where I stopped for the remaining part of the day.
