Wedding

I'm rather chuffed with this one. Little point 'n' shoot camera, low light, no flash, everyone moving, nothing to brace myself against, but the wedding party stayed still just long enough for me to compose the shot, hold my breath and gently squeeze the shutter button. Even the little flower girl, who was nibbling on something and was a bit unsure about being up there in the first place.

In St Mary's Cathedral, Sydney, this was the wedding of our choir director, and I was in the choir, augmented for the occasion by some very skilled singers, and conducted by one of the best conductors and organists in town.
