Mono Monday - Juxtaposition

Spotted what looked some kind of alien message on this log, juxtaposed with some human graffiti ; ). 
The alien writing is etched into the wood by the bugs that live under the bark, of course the bark is long gone as are the bugs. 

I’ve been to see G tonight as his old cat Melvin crossed over the rainbow bridge today after some surgery on his mouth.  G is very upset as he’s had Melv since he was a kitten 18 years ago, very sad to lose one of your best old buddies.
