Mantling

I had a leisurely walk this afternoon to collect some Rowan berries to make jelly. There was a large flock of Goldfinches and Linnets feeding on the thistle seeds so I sat and watched them for some time as it was too hot to walk very far. 
This morning when I looked out of the kitchen window, I spotted this Sparrowhawk mantling over its catch of a Starling.
