Arum lily

A lazy  morning and the R phoned to see if I would like to go swimming with her and Magnus. Although I went into the pool I didn't do any swimming as I can't swim now without a swimming aid and a noodle as my heart can't  cope with moving my legs and arms so I get very breathless. The last time the lifeguard  told me I couldn't  use them up at the deep end. I thought swimming would be good for my legs. Magnus is amazing diving down to get the sinkers and he can swim but only as far as he can hold his breath as he keeps his head under the water
