Retro party bag

Gordon was working extra again today, so we spent the morning making a birthday card(Lily), spreading toys all over the house(Rohan), and napping(Noah). We also managed to squeeze in a walk to the river, made very exciting by a bright green caterpillar falling from a tree above my head. Caterpillars are one of Lily's most favourite things, so the joy was great. She found, after much consideration, the perfect leaf to leave it on. Then back home to get changed, as Lily had yet another party in the church hall today, and she returned with this little parachute man in her party bag. We shall send him out the window tomorrow.
