Waiting to discuss some bank related matters

This morning i visited the bank were my card was retained at the ATM. I queued for an appointement. Surprisingly it all went quick. The usual clients at the bank counter are mostly the elderly. They are affraid to learn selfbanking, also because there are lots of fraud cases. But if you are still doing a banktransfer by paper it cost like 2 euro. In case you let it do immediatly by the bank , it will cost You 6 euro. This is a shame because most elderly living on a pension are struggling to get by.
It is interresting to see the difference in the 3 characters. The older lady didn t have that much patince and started wigling , the lady on the right is more used to wait, and the gesture from the younger lady shows that according to her things should progress a bit faster.
