This is what I've been reduced to...a brick.

o2 were appalling when it came to customer service today - I've been on a contract with them for 10 years, but obviously as I'd just moved to pay-as-you-go, they didn't give a shit anymore. Went to the shop at lunchtime and all they could say was "we don't do 3GSs anymore", so no replacement tray, no replacement handset, nada.

No phone!! No contacts!! Argh!! *gets the shakes*
