The Team

Up nice and early to head to Morse country, Oxfordshire.

I was treating my team to some fun and downtime today.  I'd arranged a team building session at an escape room in Oxford.  It was themed around Alice in Wonderland.

The team typically split into boys against girls and the girls won.  Although both teams escaped within the time limit.

And then it was an evening meal in Thame with everyone.

I think everyone has had a good day and appreciated the downtime.

Had a difficult meeting late on.  No resolution, just more empty words.

Today I am thankful for:
