Wide Wednesday - House

Well its not really a house although it looks like a big house.  It was a restaurant and shisha lounge called the Flying Monkeys which was failing just as covid hit!  A lot of the locals called it the Monkey House! 

I guess communal hookahs were not going to be popular with the danger of covid so they shut up shop pretty quickly.  Eventually vandals did a lot of damage to it and so all the windows got boarded up. Some homeless people moved in out the back but once the fence went up they couldn't get in anymore.  
Recently most of the boards have been taken off the windows and things have been generally cleaned up a bit  - maybe someone is going to start something new here as its actually quite a lovely building.
