Pickling Wednesday

Well tonight's job was pickling 3kg chillis, so much better than shop bought. Simple recipe just a lot of slicing and fingers that taste of chilli... Don't rub your eyes! Of course I could wear gloves, but I never seem to think of those until I'm half way through.
