James Wong

Today at the Bakewell Food and Drink festival I felt really honoured to introduce the main festival event the wonderful and inspiring James Wong TV star of Grow Your Own Drugs and best selling author. Today he was talking about his latest tome The Home Grown Revolution.
I can honestly say that this was the most inspiring event I've ever seen in Bakewell and the packed audience proved testament to this.
James's mantra is based around why do we grow things that are readily available in supermarkets and the like and inspire us into growing so called premium meaning expensive vegetables and fruit that can easily be grown in the UK.
He illustrated his argument brilliantly with a presentation that went on for over an hour and a half.
I'd have been more than happy to have listened to him all day!
