Old notes

I was doing a little reorganising and came upon these old notes from my French class. Our teacher Brigitte really challenged us with this book, Le Rivage des Syrtes, by Julian Gracq. It’s mysterious and poetic and full of magical descriptions.
It’s so hot today that we stayed in all afternoon.
