Drive Home (part 2)

After a very comfortable night and a good breakfast, we decided to have a little potter in the Lake District before heading home. We headed up to Blea Tarn, last visited in November 2021 when it looked a bit different. We sat in the sunshine and enjoyed the calm and quiet. We then had to tackle the near 6 hour drive home, the joys of the M6 on a Friday (it looked much worse coming North!). It was probably not the worst place to be in an air conditioned car.

Nice to be home, Rosie house sat for us and has done a great job keeping Leonard company and the garden watered.

p.s. Yes, this was taken on the errant camera. It is still erroring all over the place so will be sent to Canon for repair now I'm home but the image files seem to be OK and now I'm home, at least I can get files off the cards!
