Marmalade…

….with the cumquats from my overloaded tree.

I cooked 4 kilos of fruit and there’s another 4-6 kilos on the tree!! I’m trying to give the fruit away but without much luck.

The Driver helped a bit so therefore I had to wash the kitchen floor! Lol.
Stewed some rhubarb as well and now have a pork scotch fillet cooking away for dinner. I’m not even hungry after spending so much time in the kitchen.
