The Hay Wain

We have taken 'The Week' now for many, many years (since 1996/7 I think) and have always enjoyed the artwork on its cover page.  In 2007 it stepped up even further when the artist Howard McWilliam - under the name McBill - first put pen to paper. 
He's very observant and has a sharp grasp of current goings on.  To my mind today's effort is one of his best (with apologies to John Constable) :-)  
He has recently published a book entitled "The Art of The Week' - I have just ordered a copy.
