Lunch by the river

I went to the cinema with one of my daughters for an 11.10am showing of The Railway Children Return. A very comfortable cinema with air conditioning and reclining seats. The film was enjoyable but I still prefer the original. Afterwards we walked across a very dry and straw coloured  Midsummer Common where we had lunch in a pub  by the river.  A lovely day out.
