Hot day

So we have Gladioli friend bought me.. The Bedroom fan in the lounge.npm coping today .(not complaining),much prefer tonrain and grey  Moving on to wonderful high street establishment that did out of this world pedicure, Emilys Nails and then 7am Flowers locally from home.
No.running too  much hoping an earlty Greenwich park run not the official tomorrow..
