Hoverfly

I was out in the garden this afternoon chasing bugs, mainly bees and overflies. This little fellow alighted on our mint plant and stayed put for several minutes so I was able to get quite close in with my macro lens. Actually I thought he was quite big for a hoverfly but that's how my app identified him.
