Out for the count!

Peggy Sue has the right idea on these long so hot days.  Napping in a shady spot either in or out of the house is favourite.

This evening we had been invited to a 25th wedding anniversary party but unfortunately never made it.  I spent most of the afternoon with a visual migraine which did not clear as quickly as it should have and unusually these days it was followed by an actual headache, no doubt not helped by the heat.  I eventually came outside at nearly 5pm when most of the garden was in deep shade and lay in a sun lounger feeling rather sorry for myself.  Hopefully better tomorrow!
