A Painted Lady

Yet another very hot day.  The forecast suggests that temperatures will moderate tomorrow with possible storms tomorrow evening.  Meanwhile, the butterflies are enjoying the heat and it is lovely to see so many Painted Ladies about this summer.  The undersides of their rear wings are particularly beautiful.
