Amator (Amateur)

Strava Day 440. Indoor yoga, forest bath and reading done. Title was inspired by an old photo (from Instagram archives). Amateur, is from the Latin word amator, "a lover" says Karlen Evins in her "I Didn't Know That" book. Featured photo is a self timed shot. Timehop informed me yesterday (August 14, Philippine Standard Time) that I began the 75 Hard program exactly one year ago. Still have the app but already left both Facebook and Reddit groups.
