Tempo ride

A pleasure to be out in the cool early morning air, a lovely sunrise but no time to blip as I wanted to keep up an uninterrupted brisk pace. The enjoyable, virtually traffic free 3 hour ride was completed without unclipping from my pedals, I rewarded my effort with an ice lolly and catch up chat with some friends at Torrington cycle hire, one mile from home.
