Morning dip

Chris is finding the cold sea water is good for his knee replacement recovery so we made an early morning dash for the beach. It was really quiet today: couple of metal detectorists, a handful of swimmers and a couple enjoying a birthday breakfast picnic.
It’s a lovely way to start the day sp I’m hoping we can now get back to it being a regular thing.
