Mono Monday - Minimalism

This is the crumbling concrete base of an anti-aircraft post on the salt marsh on Belhaven Bay. The posts were put up in World War II to dissuade enemy aircraft or gliders from landing in the bay. The posts on the whole have rotted away just leaving their concrete footings.. In order to create a minimalist image I had to lose a lot of the texture in the surrounding salt marsh.
