Clematis seed head

These seed heads are starting to show on the clematis flowers. 
I love how fluffy they are.
An early blip (for me) as I have a dental appointment (not my favourite thing, though the dentist himself is a delightful man) this morning and this afternoon a pre birthday Afternoon Tea in one of our lovely hotels has been arranged. 16 friends are meeting so it will be a lively afternoon.
I love birthdays that spread over days.
