Goodbye Mavis :-(

Mavis was Ian's Mother. We knew her well from attending parties and other events. She passed away 3 weeks ago and the funeral was today.
Kim, Ian's wife, stood and read a poem that Mavis wanted read out, caught her breathe a couple of times but held up very well.
I went on my own as Marlane still had Buddy and Hendrix, and F.M.i.L, of course.
Mavis was 93 years old, born only about 2 weeks after Betty in December 1928.
