Caught..

You turn your back for just a minute and look again and the zucchini are trying to escape. This one was too big and went the wrong way to make an exit. It may be too big to use... I don't know.
They aren't my favorite veggie except in zucchini bread and I haven't mastered a good gluten free recipe yet.  Dan planted just 2 plants (see extra) and they are very happy in this particular location. He is experimenting with zucchini chips. At the moment there are 3 large ones on the kitchen counter. I wonder how many will be there when I get home on Saturday???
